Privacy Policy

Effective from May 1, 2026.

Not appointed - a Croatian small-trade business is not legally required to appoint a DPO. Direct all privacy questions to info@plutus.hr.

3. What I collect and why

Analytics (with your consent)

Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics collect anonymized IP address, device and browser info, pages viewed, visit time, and referrer (where you came from). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Contact (email and Cal.com booking)

When you email me or book a slot via Cal.com, I collect your name, email, and message content. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and my legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

I do not sell any data. I only share it with these services I use to run this site:

5. International data transfers

Google, Vercel, and Cal.com process data in the United States. The transfer is lawful under the Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, both approved by EU institutions.

6. Retention period

  • Google Analytics: 14 months (default GA setting)
  • Email contacts: up to 2 years after the last communication
  • Cal.com booking data: per Cal.com retention policy

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR (Art. 15-22) you have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erasure
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe I am breaking the rules, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP):

9. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential (no consent required)

plutus_consent (localStorage) - stores your consent decision.

Analytics (consent required)

_ga, _ga_*, _gid (Google Analytics) - distinguishes users and sessions. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and uses no cookies.

10. Automated decision-making and profiling

I do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects or significantly affect you. I do not perform profiling.

11. Changes to this Policy

If something material changes, I will update this policy and highlight the date of the latest update.
